Leaffy art

Being in love with StumbleUpon is a great thing! It has led me to discover these amazing artworks by Lorezon Duran. Apparently he washes than dries the leaf to cut out these awesome artworks.

The mystery knot

While on a train in Toronto I saw this girl making what seemed like a chinese keychain to me. At that point it seemed very complicated to me. 


I just learned that the knots used are called "good luck knot" from this image (by Yvonne H Chang). Definitely something nice to try out. Love the handwritten parts.
