Panning is the Creative Highlight for this week. If that makes you think of photography, you're in the right arena. I learned to do this via Daily Window. Can't wait to try it out myself.
Now from the outcome it may seem like you need a fancy DSLR to achieve it, but apparently it can even be achieved with an iPhone. So grab your camera (or phone) and go some place where you find a moving object or person.

Basically all you have to do is:
- choose a shutter mode (if that option is available)
- start following your object
- press the shutter
- continue following your object with your camera
