A Crazy Idea

YES! It has been a while since I wrote a post. Quite frankly I thought about completely giving up blogging a couple of times. At times it gets quite time consuming and you don't always see that people actually read it. But after coming across this video, I had to post it. 

Jasmine Star is a self taught wedding photographer that has become very popular for her work. You can check out some of her awesome photography at her blog.

This blog is just one of my crazy ideas. If you didn't know people from my island are not very familiar with blogging. I don't have much of an audience with those around me. Nonetheless this blog has connected me with people that have inspired me beyond what I could inspire myself with a blog about inspiration. So I'm back everyone!

Tennis ball snow for Wimbledon 2011

New Wimbledon commercial: "Wimbledon like you've never seen it before"! Though I don't think these 3D glasses are the greatest idea, I really love the commercial. The way that it is filmed is like the snow falling in the last EXTREME MONDAY.

Everything will be ok

In my part of the world we get Ascension day off, so I will be relaxing with my family tomorrow. Don't know about you, but this week has been kind of hectic for me. With a lot of things going through my head aside from all that is already keeping me busy. So this is the reminder I used to stay calm. Hope it will work for you as well.

The song 'Don't worry be happy' goes really good with the quote. Dancing like the guys in the music video will sure take ALL your worries away.

The power of orange

Colors can be a great source of inspiration. It can be used when designing interior spaces like the "African meets neon" series in the "Add colors everywhere" post, or it can also be used to inspire an artworks, songs, movies or our mood.

The color orange is usually associated with the sun, joy and power. Feelings of enthusiasm and creativity are provoked through this color and it has been said to stimulate brain activity. So it is a wonderful color to start an artistic, productive weekend. 

Kate Spade New York has an orange inspired video that you can see above. Since I placed us all in the collage mood this week, there is an orange inspired collage. Lastly, what is an orange inspired post without an actual orange.

Inspirational Panyee FC team

We all have dreams. We all have things we want to achieve. We also have reasons why they are impossible to achieve. The Panyee FC team had enough reasons why they could never play soccer nor compete with another team. Nonetheless they never let those valuable reasons stop them.

Some say that Sunday is the first day of the week while others argue that it should be Monday. No matter which side your on, this video is posted to give you the inspiration for the new week. Whether it starts today or tomorrow. Have a great week!

Flexible love

These really cool chairs are made out of recycled recycled paper and wood waste so they are environmentally safe. Did I mention that they can sit up to 16 people and can change form? Designed by Chishen Chiu from Taiwan.

The Mountain

Another great time lapse video by Terje Sorgjerd. He wrote that "The goal was to capture the beautiful Milky Way galaxy along with one of the most amazing mountains I know El Teide. I have to say this was one of the most exhausting trips I have done." Job well done!
